The bakery opened in 2010. The bread is baked from the organic Georgian flour Tsiteli Doli without yeast. Some of the members of the community are actively involved in baking process. Over time they developed enough experience and skills to work independently in the bakery. Preparing own food contributes in developing the feeling of dignity, self confidence and self importace. Working with the dough promotes improvement of skills and feelings of smell, heat, shape.
