The residents are engaged in the agricultural activities. They grow organic vegetables, fruits, medicinal plant. While working in the garden residents can observe the process of plant development from seed to fruit. Growing own food contributes to increasing feeling of self-importance and motivation. The members develop agricultural skills which are crucial for independent living in the village. Food grown in the garden is used daily in the community and to make supplies for winter as well. By producing organic food Qedili Community contributes to soil restoration.
